It is our vision to be a church that prays, studies God's word and worships God as a church family and through outreach to the community.
We are called by God’s free gift of grace to joyful faith in Jesus Christ, who is Head of the Church and Savior of the world. We are empowered by the Holy Spirit to serve and glorify God. To that end, we as a congregation and as individual members, are called to be Christ’s continuing presence in the world by:
Leading others into a personal relationship with Jesus the Christ; Giving praise to Almighty God; Proclaiming the good news of God’s love in word and deed; Celebrating the sacraments; Joining in corporate worship; Studying the Scriptures and teachings of the Church; Demonstrating love and compassion for one another; Seeking the unity and strength of the whole church; Praying for all people; Ministering to those in need; and Working for justice and peace in our community and the world.
Our chief purpose is to glorify and enjoy God now and forever.
